Be part of something new at cmr. We’re building a brand-new Rostering (internally known as Bookings) function to service metropolitan Brisbane hospitals – and we’re looking for an experienced leader to shape the way it runs.

This isn’t a role for first-timers. We’re seeking someone who has:

• Led a bookings team within a nursing recruitment agency
• A proven ability to develop business and manage long-term client relationships
• Strength in managing budgets and striving for targets
• Ideally, experience driving large-scale growth in the nursing recruitment sector

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and mentoring our Rostering/Bookings team - as a newly formed team, you will also be working in the day-to-day recruiting and booking of nurses
• Building and maintaining strong partnerships with hospitals across Brisbane
• Driving service delivery, growth, and compliance in a fast-paced environment
• Working closely with leadership to roll out and scale the function
