The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Construction Surveyor within our Brisbane construction team. Working closely with the Construction Manager, this is a position where you'll combine technical delivery with leadership — managing projects end-to-end, supporting team priorities, and strengthening client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage and deliver construction and civil projects from planning through to QA and close-out

Split responsibilities between office and site (approx. 50/50)

Provide 3D modelling, data management and QA outputs using 12d and CAD systems

Support the Construction Manager with resourcing, team oversight and client management

Interpret client briefs and ensure accurate, timely responses and deliverables

About You

Senior Surveyor with a construction or engineering background

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Construction Surveyor is required

Skilled in 12d and CAD, confident in 3D modelling and QA documentation

Hands-on leader, equally comfortable in the field and the office

Organised, commercially aware, and responsive to client needs

Registration with Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ) is desirable

Must have full Australian working rights with no restrictions
