The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Detail and Project Surveyor to coordinate contour and detail projects to complement our residential and cadastral streams. This is an opportunity where you’ll combine technical expertise with client responsibility, ensuring Vision Surveys continues to set the standard for quality and service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Liaise with all surveyors completing Contour & Detail surveys to ensure scope of works are understood and consistent with final deliverable data.

Interpret client briefs, prepare proposals, and carry out plan checking to the highest standard

Apply your expertise in 12d, Magnet and CAD to deliver accurate outcomes

About You

Broad surveying background across residential, property and contour/detail projects

Skilled in 12d, Magnet and CAD, including plan checking and QA

Minimum 5 years of experience

Strong stakeholder skills, able to work across multiple teams and directly with clients

Detail-oriented, organised, and motivated to contribute to culture and long-term growth

Registration with Surveyors Board of Queensland (SBQ) is desirable

Must have full Australian working rights with no restrictions
