We are a medium-sized private practice with locations in Wollongong and Sutherland, bringing together a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, social workers, counsellors, and therapy assistants.

The Role
We are looking for a general psychologist, clinical registrar, clinical psychologist, or accredited mental health social worker to join our team. In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based support to adolescents and adults
Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families
Create an inclusive, respectful therapeutic environment
Collaborate with professionals such as GPs, psychiatrists, teachers, and case managers
Contribute to case formulations and treatment plans tailored to each client
Engage in trauma-focused CPD and supervision opportunities
Access opportunities for professional growth and leadership
Enjoy flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends if preferred

What We’re Looking For
Registration with AHPRA (Provisionals awaiting registration encouraged to apply) or AASW
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain before starting)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to professional development and supervision
Experience in evidence-based methods, with openness to learning advanced techniques
Preferred: EMDR Therapy Training and SIRA Accreditation
