Your New Role

As an ERP Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the change management strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation. You'll work closely with internal teams, senior leaders, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure business readiness and successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting change strategy and planning activities across the ERP program lifecycle.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder playbacks to define change impacts.
• Creating stakeholder dashboards to monitor engagement and sentiment.
• Developing communication materials, training content, and digital adoption assets.
• Mapping stakeholder disposition and readiness, and leading change conversations.
• Providing reporting and insights to feed into PMO dashboards and program governance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in change management within large-scale ERP or technology programs.
• Strong skills in PowerBI, SharePoint, Visio, and O365.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (desirable).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
