Hall Contracting is currently seeking an experienced GPS Excavator Operator for an exciting marine construction project in the Solomon Islands. About the Role
You'll be contributing to a new marine construction project at the Western Border Outpost. You'll be operating large, GPS-equipped excavators in a marine environment, playing a vital role in delivering a project that truly matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Current Excavator ticket.
- Proven experience operating large excavators in high-production environments.
- GPS operation experience is essential.
- Previous experience working on barges or similar marine platforms is desirable however not essential
- Ability to work on a FIFO 4:2 roster.
- 12 hour days, 6 days a week and Sunday off for R&R
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously and in a positive team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work unsupervised.
