We're looking for an Occupational Therapist (graduate or experienced/Senior) to join our growing team at Roles & Goals Therapy Services.

Candidates must hold either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have either full or provisional AHPRA registration.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position.

Our work is mostly community-based - in schools, homes, and the local community, but we also have a welcoming office space available throughout the week for sessions, admin time, or simply connecting with the team.

You'll support children, young people, and families to achieve meaningful goals, working in ways that are creative, collaborative, and grounded in everyday life. This role is about finding the right fit: someone who wants to grow with us, share ideas, and feel part of a small, supportive team where your work truly matters.

A valid Working with Children Check must be obtained before commencing this role.
