About the role:
We are looking for the cream of the crop graduates that are looking to graduate by the end of 2025 or start of 2026
Smooth transition to a full/part time role in the latter stages of 2025
You do not need to wait until you graduate!
We are looking for highly motivated future OT’s that thrive on working independently and want to work within a multidisciplinary team
We have a strong commitment to professional development
Our induction is robust and will be delivered over an initial 3 month period and beyond
Professional development is part of our culture. You can never stop learning and its something that we not only encourage but mandate so we can deliver the best service possible. We will fund all reasonable PD
We are looking for the right person. Skills can be taught
You will be working with a diverse range of clients within a community setting
You need to understand the basics of working within private industry given that the NDIS has a commercial aspect. However it must be made clear that this is not at the expense of client care
You will undertake both assessment and therapy interventions
You must have a focus on client centricity and understand the multi-stakeholder approach to delivering a quality service primarily within the NDIS
Requirements:
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or soon to graduate)
A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders
A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
AHPRA Registration
Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
