The Hale Road Tavern is an independently owned tavern with a restaurant and and drive thru bottleshop in the heart of Forrestfield.

We’re currently on the hunt for an experienced Duty Manager to be a key part of our team.

We are seeking a full-time Duty Manager to join our team in this hands-on leadership role, you'll help drive day-to-day operations and uphold the high standards of service and experience. You'll lead by example, support the broader team, and foster a welcoming, professional, and energetic atmosphere for both guests and staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Venue setup and close.
• Cash handling and management.
• Staff management.
• Stock take and control.
• Customer relations.
• Strong customer focus.
• Responsible health and safety compliance.
• Responsible RSA and RGL compliance.
• Implementation of systems and process.
• High level of self presentation.
• Maintaining venue standards.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
• RSA and approved management card.
• Previous experience in Management.
• Experience in H&L POS.
• TAB experience and compliance.
• Ability to trouble shoot problems and solve them.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• First Aid (desirable).
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
• Food Safety compliance certificate
