About the role

Branded Burgers and Bar is seeking passionate Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join our team at our lively restaurant in Seville, Victoria nestled away in the heart of the Yarra Valley. This is a casual role that will involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of delicious gourmet burger and breakfast menu items for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients for the restaurant's menu

Cooking and presenting meals to the highest standard

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

Assisting with general kitchen duties as required

Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen and restaurant team

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a Chef or Kitchen Hand in a similar fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious food

Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities

A keen eye for detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
