What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary field teams, driving performance and culture.

Oversee maintenance and minor capital works programs, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Manage budgets, procurement, contracts and resources to deliver value for money.

Respond to community and stakeholder needs with technical expertise and excellent service.

Play a key role in disaster response and after-hours emergency operations.

About You

Proven leader in civil infrastructure, ideally in local government or a similar setting.

Strong technical knowledge of roads, drainage and public asset maintenance.

Skilled communicator, problem-solver and team motivator.

Experienced in budget management, project delivery and continuous improvement.

Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, civil construction or similar, with a Driver’s Licence – “C” class.
