The Role
As Grower Liaison Officer, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of the business for growers across Queensland and Northern NSW. This autonomous, field-based role focuses on building relationships, supporting procurement, and ensuring grower satisfaction and success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting growers across QLD and NSW to maintain and build trusted relationships
- Supporting growers with technical advice and seasonal planning
- Capturing and reporting grower information (quality, volume, crop forecasts) via CRM
- Supporting intake targets and encouraging multi-year supply agreements
- Participating in grower events, field days, and industry functions
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality service
About You
You’re an agricultural professional who thrives on the road, loves engaging with growers, and enjoys turning insight into value. You’re a trusted communicator with a strong sense of follow-through and an eye for opportunity.
We’re looking for:
- Experience in agriculture, horticulture, or agronomy (tree crops preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first approach
- Self-motivation and reliability in autonomous roles
- Proven ability to plan territory visits and manage CRM systems
- Negotiation and persuasion skills when dealing with growers
- Flexibility to travel across QLD/NSW, attend events, and represent the brand
