The Opportunity
This is your chance to step into a pivotal role on large-scale multi-residential towers, with projects ranging from $100m through to $500m+. You’ll join a well-structured builder with a strong pipeline across the Gold Coast and immediate opportunities on landmark high-rise developments already underway.

Your first project will be either a $150mil tower in Labrador, or a $500mil+ in Surfers Paradise.

Our client is a respected builder specialising in high-rise multi-residential towers across the Gold Coast. With projects spanning from Southport to Coolangatta, they are known for delivering premium, design-led developments. Backed by strong financial security and a healthy project pipeline, they are growing their delivery team to support the next wave of iconic builds.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Project Manager and Site Manager in delivering high-rise multi-residential projects
• Taking ownership of procurement, subcontractor coordination, and program support
• Driving quality, safety, and design outcomes in line with project expectations
• Working closely with senior leaders while having autonomy to make your mark on major projects

What You Bring

• Experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Site Engineer on multi-residential towers
• Construction-related degree (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and ability to proactively resolve challenges
