Graphic Designer for a Leading Hospitality Precinct in the Heart of Sydney

Scope & Duties:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching graphics across a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Ensure clear communication of messaging through effective graphic design that aligns with brand identity and goals.
• Work across multiple brands operated by Kensington Street, understanding the nuances and unique characteristics of each.
• Assist with digital strategy and contribute to keeping our venues at the cutting edge of the food and beverage scene.
• Help with menu design and the printing of promotional materials for special events and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to support the ongoing promotion and growth of the business.
• Create templates for EDMs (electronic direct mail) and posters, streamlining workflows and enabling the marketing team to work more efficiently.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties in line with your role and skill set as required by the business.

Skills & Experience:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and branding.
• A portfolio that showcases your creativity and attention to detail.
• A passion for visual storytelling and design trends.

Bonus Skills:
• Photography experience or a keen eye for visual content.
• The successful applicant if required will be provided with external photography training and equipment to facilitate their role.
