The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a flagship CBD fit out project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead subcontractors on site, maintain excellent client and consultant relationships, and champion safety and compliance at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all site activities to deliver a seamless fit out project.
• Lead subcontractors, ensuring works are sequenced, resourced, and delivered to program.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder engagement throughout delivery.
• Uphold company and legislative WHS, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and contribute to proactive problem-solving on site.

About You:

• 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in fit out/refurbishment projects.
• Proven track record in delivering projects in tight CBD environments.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
