The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and motivated Site Manager to oversee multiple residential renovation projects. You’ll coordinate trades, manage schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high standards.
To be successful in this role, you need to have the following:
* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in residential projects (renovations, and extentions). Commercial project experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations for multiple renovation projects.

Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and deliveries.

Maintain project timelines and budgets.

Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with building regulations.

Communicate with clients and provide updates throughout the project.

Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.

Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.

Strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.

Punctuality, reliability and enthusiastic attitude

Excellent communication skills to liaise with team, customers, other trades and organisations.

Strong ability to direct, manage a team, prioritise tasks and adhere to time and high-quality finishes.

About You

Previous experience in site management or supervising residential renovations.

Strong knowledge of building processes, trades, and materials.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret building plans.

A problem-solving, proactive attitude.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Current driver’s licence

Diploma in Building & Construction/ Certificate IV in Building & Construction or similar qualification.

Trade qualification in the residential construction industry (advantage but not essential)

Senior First Aid (advantage but not essential)

Promote good work, and safe work protocols at all times, and quality control, safety inspections as required.
