What We’re Looking For

We want team players with a strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a multi-skilled crew. Everyone on site contributes across tasks, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ demonstrated civil experience in Formwork, Concreting, or Steel Fixing

Construction White Card

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

Proof of right to work in Australia

Commitment to safety and efficiency

Provide all hand tools for your trade

Minimum of 2 references from previous employers

Preferred (but not essential):

Experience on tier one infrastructure civil projects

Additional tickets such as Dogging, Rigging, Telehandler, HR/HC licence, Forklift, Scaffolding, CN, C6, Scissor Lift, EWP 11m+, Working at Heights
