At Byron Medical, we help clinicians enhance their ergonomics through innovative products such as loupes, lights and ergonomic mirrors that enable a longer and healthier career in Dentistry and Hygiene.

We are looking for a Sales Agent in the Perth region with an entrepreneurial spirit. Our Sales Agents are highly motivated to support our customers, get our products out to market, and collaborate as part of a fantastic team as they build their own business. Responsibilities include active lead sourcing and qualifying through referrals, prospecting and cold calling on targeted decision makers; maintaining positive working relationships with all current accounts as well as upselling solutions for increased revenue generation; maintaining knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including competitors and competitive products and attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dental sales or a dental hygienist by trade who is well-positioned to seek out new business and is customer-service oriented - however all applicants considered.

Requirements:

* Experience with-in person marketing or sales function ideal

* Valid driver’s license and own car a must - basic travel allowance will be provided

* Previous experience as a dental hygienist or assistant or in sales an advantage

* Experience with CRM software a plus

* Proven customer service experience and excellent problem solving skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Works well alone and with a team, driven and highly self-motivated

Base rate plus travel is $88,000 plus uncapped commissions of 10-20% after minimum sales targets reached, total salary expectation 115K plus per annum
