This fantastic Italian restaurant requires a Manager/Duty Manager who is looking for a stable & permanent position, in a great venue, working with great staff!
This role will involve the day-to-day operation of our busy al-a-carte restaurant in working a flexible 4 or 5 day roster of day and evening shifts between Tuesday & Sunday. The successful applicant will be a hands-on manager who can lead and support the Floor Team maintaining and/or improving the high standard of service that our clientele is currently receiving at Mia Cucina.
This can be a full-time or part-time position with an attractive salary package which includes flexible and friendly hours and working within a great team-culture.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Significant experience in FOH service
A current RSA and Approved Manager Certificate
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
Currently reside in Western Australia
Permanent Residency
