Service Desk Team Lead
* Up to $100-110k plus super (based on experience)
* Parramatta
* 5 days in the office
We’re partnering with a growing managed service provider that’s on the hunt for a hands-on service desk team lead to guide and support a close-knit team of four service desk analysts.
You’ll lead from the front, managing ticket flow, acting as the point of escalation, and ensuring high-quality support across a diverse client base. It’s a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while still keeping sharp technically.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a team of 4 service desk analysts
- Managing daily ticket flow and escalations
- Ensuring SLA adherence and client satisfaction
- Driving service improvement and team development
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a Level 2/3 service desk or IT team lead role
- Team lead and/or mentoring exposure
- Strong Microsoft/Office 365/Active Directory skills
- Previous MSP experience
