The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for a skilled HR Driver with assembly and installation experience to join a brand new operation in Penrith. This is a unique role where you’ll combine your driving and delivery skills with hands on installation of specialist medical equipment for aged care, hospitals, and healthcare clients.

Alongside local metro work, you’ll also complete linehaul runs 1-2 days per week with full company support, hotels provided, $80 overnight allowance, and a structured schedule. This isn’t just a driving job it’s a chance to represent a respected national healthcare supplier and make an impact every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• 🚚 Local HR driving across Sydney metro + linehaul trips to interstate sites
• 🏗️ Delivering and assembling medical beds and healthcare equipment at client sites
• 🛠️ Using tailgates and lifting equipment for safe, efficient installs
• 👥 Customer facing role ensuring professional service during every delivery
• ⚖️ Following CoR, WHS, and load restraint requirements

What You’ll Need:

• ✅ Current HR licence (manual preferred) with proven driving experience
• ✅ Physically fit and confident with manual handling tasks
• ✅ Experience in installation, assembly, or hands on warehouse roles highly regarded
• ✅ Flexibility to travel 1-2 nights per week (hotel + allowance covered)
• ✅ Professional presentation and strong communication skills
