About the Opportunity

Randstad is proud to partner with a leader in residential waste management. We are seeking experienced HR Drivers for immediate starts based out of their Eastern Creek, NSW depot.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR driver seeking a stable, long-term role with an industry-leading company, offering the potential for a permanent position.

The Role

As an HR Waste Truck Driver, you will be responsible for:

Operating SideArm and Rear Loader waste trucks for residential kerbside collections.

Following scheduled routes and completing timely, safe collections.

Supporting runners/offsiders as needed.

Maintaining high safety standards, including correct PPE and hazard reporting.

Communicating effectively with depot and operations teams.

What We Offer

A competitive pay rate from $49+ per hour (based on experience), plus superannuation and penalties.

Stable, consistent Monday to Friday shifts with early start times between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM.

Your Requirements

A valid HR Truck Licence.

6-12 months of HR driving experience (waste industry experience is highly regarded).

Reliable transport to and from the Eastern Creek depot.

Physically fit and able to complete manual tasks, including lifting up to 30 kg.

A strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

The ability to pass a mandatory drug & alcohol test and a police check.

An RMS driving history report is required.

Note: For the first two weeks, drivers will be paid as offsiders while completing compliance and site-specific training.
