Eligibility Officer – Workers’ Compensation

As an Eligibility Officer, you will:
- Assess and decide on workers’ compensation claims within a self-insured environment
- Navigate legislation to ensure compliance with all relevant workers’ compensation laws and regulations
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders including employees, management and medical providers
- Balance empathy with accuracy when evaluating eligibility and outcomes
- Drive positive impact by supporting safe and fair return-to-work pathways
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record – 3–5 years’ experience in workers’ compensation or case management
- Regulation ready – Solid understanding of workers’ compensation and self-insurance frameworks
- Strong communicator – Skilled in negotiation, relationship-building and clear communication
- Detail-focused multitasker – Highly organised with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Compassionate professional – Balancing decision-making with empathy and care
