What you'll do

• Maintain defined enterprise service levels by providing high quality technical expertise, support and administration whilst adhering to departmental standards, policies, procedures and ITSM processes.
• Provide support and assistance in the clarification and prioritisation of tasks by ensuring assigned priorities are met in accordance with defined enterprise service levels;
• Assist management in the decision making process by preparing technical reports, specifications and trend analysis within the unit;
• Provide expertise to progress the installation and configuration of hardware, firmware and software as per departmental frameworks.
• Manage ICT assets by ensuring changes and relevant information is recorded accurately.

About you

We are searching for someone who:

• Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
• Proven ability to participate in a highly skilled technical team providing high-level technical direction, standardisation and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer focused organisation.
• High level understanding and working knowledge of relevant technical domains.
• Proven experience in providing expertise and support on use of methods and tools (3rd level of support) within the technology sphere.
• Demonstrated skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
