We're Hiring - Casual CrossFit Coach (Potential Full-Time)

Location: Fitness Alley - CrossFit Affiliate, Wollongong

We're growing our team at Fitness Alley, a thriving CrossFit Affiliate in Wollongong. We're looking for a passionate, energetic coach who's excited to help our community get fitter, stronger, and more confident and have fun doing it.

Passionate about fitness, personal growth, and helping others achieve their goals.

A team player who loves building strong connections with members and the wider community.

Requirements

Cert III & IV in Fitness

Preferred: CrossFit Level 1 or 2 (or willingness to attain certification)

Current First Aid & CPR

Minimum 12 months experience in the fitness industry

Passion for helping athletes of all levels build confidence and achieve results

Candidates must hold both current Cert III and Cert IV in Fitness qualifications at the time of application

Any fitness industry experience will be considered towards the 12-month minimum requirement

Candidates of any visa status will be considered for this position

Key Responsibilities

Coaching group CrossFit classes

Onboarding new members and supporting retention

Assisting with community events & competitions

Contributing to facility upkeep & cleanliness

Optional personal training sessions

Ongoing personal & professional development
