About the Role
Provides leadership and management of academic support services that assist academic portfolios to deliver quality training delivery and assessment whilst meeting state and national VET regulatory requirements. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading a collaborative and solutions-orientated Academic Support team that works closely with academic portfolios and the broader organisation to optimise the student experience and outcomes.
Operating in a dynamic and evolving environment, the Director thinks through complexity to make informed decisions and pursues high-leverage priorities that create meaningful impact. The role requires dynamic sensing of emerging needs and a commitment to building capability across teams and partnerships.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in leading the provision of academic support services in an adult learning environment, preferably in the VET sector.
