Accountant – Pinot & Picasso

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Monthly In-Person Meetings)
Employment Type: Part-time/Contract with Opportunity to Go Permanent

Pinot & Picasso is Australia's leading paint-and-sip experience, with studios across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a hands-on and agile Accountant to join our dynamic team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, franchised environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing compliance with commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Bank Reconciliations

Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) management

Payroll processing and compliance

Budgeting & Forecasting to support strategic decision-making

Preparation of Monthly Statutory Reporting

BAS Lodgement and tax compliance

Other management accounting tasks as required to support the business

What We're Looking For

Ideally previous experience in a similar role within a franchised business model (highly regarded) within AU & NZ

Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience required

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance

Preferably CA or CPA Qualified

Accounting degree required

Ability to be agile, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-moving environment

Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and communication skills

Proficiency in accounting systems XERO

Option to work remotely but must be available for monthly in-person meetings

Australian work rights required
