Currently delivering a landmark $40M education project in Rockingham, they're looking to welcome an experienced Site Manager to join the team and play a key role in its successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of all site activities

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to meet program targets

Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance are upheld

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Drive project milestones and handover goals

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial/education projects ($20M+)

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Solid knowledge of WA construction regulations and best practices

A team-focused attitude with a commitment to quality and safety

Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
