Your opportunity
Our team is growing! After the successful expansion of the MyTime system into services across NT and TAS, we're not done yet and we need your help!
We're looking for a Workforce Systems Advisor to be the go-to support for all things Kronos (MyTime). You'll manage cases across Time & Attendance, Absence, and Workforce Management, working closely with internal teams and external providers to keep everything running smoothly. From system testing and configuration to optimisation and reporting, you'll make sure Kronos delivers maximum value to the business.
In this role, you'll also shape the future of how we use MyTime by driving process improvements, delivering training, and engaging stakeholders to create an even better user experience.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Respond to and resolve Kronos (MyTime) issues, experienced by internal customers
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, MS Teams, email, and My Service Centre (ServiceNow), ensuring all requests are accurately tracked and managed within the ServiceNow system
- Support system testing for Kronos (MyTime) updates, new configuration, Pay Rules, or process changes
- Identify potential process improvement opportunities within the Kronos (MyTime) system, recommending solutions to optimise system functionality
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and enabling functions
- Develop and maintain the Kronos Support Manual, User Guides and FAQ's
Requirements for success
- Experienced user of Kronos as an administrator and advisor
- A demonstrated knowledge of HR processes is highly desirable
- Experience in provision of Helpline support in large organisations or similar expertise
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to provide quick, effective solutions to customers
- Effective problem-solving skills, including decision making, time management and immediate prioritisation of tasks assigned
- Profecient in the use of ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
- Ability to operate under pressure, multi-task and maintain accuracy of work
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
