About the Business
Our Restrictive Practices Unit supports the disability sector, clients and families by providing legislative oversight and establishing a state NDIS Restrictive Practice Authorisation Scheme to provide greater protection and safeguards for NDIS participants with behavioural support plans.
Role Details
The Salesforce System Support Officer is a role within Ageing, Disability Policy and Safeguarding and is accountable to the Senior Project Officer, Data Analyst for:
Supporting the effective administration and day-to-day operations of Salesforce to ensure optimal use across the Division.
Maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and integrity within the Salesforce system, including data migration, cleansing, and reporting.
Contributing to Salesforce-related initiatives, including system upgrades, the implementation of new features, and integrations with other systems.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Role Status: Term up to 25/09/2026.
