Your workday in a nutshell:
Reception and general office administration
Manage correspondence, particularly emails
Maintain and update our membership database
Greet members and visitors to the office
Assist with meetings, including catering
Manage office supplies and place orders
Print, scan and bind important records
We're looking for someone who is:
Friendly, reliable and punctual
Eager to learn and open to new challenges
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills
You'll be supported from day one, working closely with our team as you develop your administration skills.
