We are currently recruiting for casual (locum) assignments & permanent placements, in anticipatoin of an increase in demand for experienced Home Care Packages Case Managers

3, 4 & 5 days per week (pending the client's needs) Monday to Friday only

Casual / Locum hourly rates $63.76 per hour plus 12% super (weekly pay)

South East Suburbs

Commence ASAP, ongoing for approx 3 months

Full time hours

HCP caseload

Office based roles, client visits are required

Mandatory Documentation requirements

To be considered for our assignments you will need:

• Recent experience as a Case Manager of Aged Care Home Care Packages
• A national police check less than 12 months old
• A current Working with Childrens Check
• A minimum of 3 COVID vaccinations
• Valid Flu Vaccination
• Some clients may require an NDIS Security Clearance
