TwoScots Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading education body in their search for a Senior Advisor to join their Child Safety team. Based in Melbourne, this role offers an opportunity to play a key role in safeguarding children and ensuring compliance across a large network of schools.

This 6 month temporary opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in case management, compliance, or investigations, and a genuine passion for child safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee sensitive child safety and conduct-related cases from intake to resolution

Provide advice and guidance on legislation, compliance obligations, and child safety standards

Support and oversee investigations, reviewing evidence and ensuring fair processes

Collaborate with schools, families, internal teams, and external agencies

Promote a child-centred approach and contribute to a strong safeguarding culture

What We're Looking For:

Experience in case management, compliance, investigations, or child safety-related roles

Knowledge of child safety frameworks, reportable conduct, or regulatory requirements (desirable)

Strong decision-making, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Relevant qualifications in social work, law, education, or a related discipline (desirable)

Resilient, adaptable, and committed to supporting the safety and wellbeing of children
