About the Role

You’ll be part of a team of over 50 professionals, contributing to a positive patient experience at both Booragoon and Subiaco clinics. You’ll play a key role in each patient’s orthodontic journey—building relationships while providing the best possible quality care to all of our valued patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Chairside assisting during appointments

· Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments

· Supporting patients with pre- and post-treatment care

· Maintaining a clean and hygienic clinical environment

· Ensuring every visit is smooth, safe, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

· Takes pride in making patients feel welcome and cared for

· Has previous chairside experience and strong infection control knowledge

· Works well in a team and takes initiative

· Is reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

· Communicates confidently and compassionately

· Holds a valid driver’s license and can travel between clinics

· Brings empathy, energy, and a positive attitude to the role

· A certificate III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience would be highly regarded.

Application Details

Remuneration for this position ranges from $28 to $35 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with significant relevant experience and qualifications will be considered for the higher end of the pay scale.
