About the role

Accessible Diversity Services Limited is seeking experienced Allied Health professionals, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists, to join our team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to provide your expertise and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in the Auburn, NSW area.

What you'll be doing

Provide comprehensive assessments, interventions and support for clients with a range of physical, cognitive and communication needs

Experience working with NDIS participants, paediatric clients, adult disability, and aged care populations is required

Collaborate with clients, their families and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualised treatment plans

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed

Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate client care

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through feedback and innovative ideas

What we're looking for

Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology

Current registration with the relevant professional body (AHPRA)

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Flexibility to work on a contract basis
