The Role

• Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
• Build strong, positive partnerships with families and the local community
• Mentor, guide, and motivate educators to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Ensure compliance, safety, and a nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families

Role Requirements

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
• Prior experience as a Director is essential
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
• A passion for quality early education and community engagement

The Centre
Come join this stunning 90 place service located in the heart of Werribee. Opening their doors between 7am – 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. With access to amazing resources, this newly opened centre is extremely spacious and well organised. The outdoor areas are filled with engaging activities and sensory-rich, play equipment for the children to enjoy and gain confidence to play independently.
