About the Roll

Assist customers with rental inquiries via phone, email and Live chat

Drive sales, rentals and excess reductions

Prepare holiday quotations and follow-ups

Process bookings and payments

Answer customer inquiries promptly, competently and professionally

Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information

Administrative tasks and reporting

Working within a team to assist the Branch Managers and Team Leaders in providing a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

Friendly and polite demeanour with exceptional communication skills.

Proven sales experience is desirable.

Excellent administration skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.

Strong time management skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office products.

Availability to work one full weekend (both Saturday and Sunday) per month and an additional weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) each month.

Flexibility to work during busy holiday periods.

Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team environment.
