Located on the vibrant Coast, our client is a leading Financial Services firm who have experienced phenomenal growth in the past five years. Due to this growth, an opportunity has been created for a Client Service Officer to join the company in a support capacity to the Financial Advisers.

Duties of the role

• Supporting the Advisors with day-to-day administration and operations
• Managing client records and correspondence with accuracy
• Liaising with clients, providers, and internal team members to ensure timely processing of transactions and requests
• Handling general office tasks, including, printing, scanning and document management
• Providing exceptional service both over the phone and in person
• Assist with phone calls and supporting other team members as needed

The perfect Candidate

• Two or more years in client services experience within financial planning
• In-depth knowledge of platforms, products, and superannuation regulations
• Highly organised with the ability to manage complex client files with precision
• Leadership qualities—capable of guiding juniors & driving workflow efficiency
• Professional, ethical and a client-focused approach
