About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Adviser, with an aspiration to be a Financial Adviser, to join our award winning wealth management team at VISIS Private Wealth in Brisbane. As an Associate Adviser you will work within a dedicated team to provide premium wealth management advice and service to Executives and HNW clients. This is a full-time position based in our Eagle Street, Brisbane office.

What you'll be doing

Collaborating within a team of 7 to develop tailored financial strategies for clients

Conducting thorough financial reviews and analysis to understand clients' unique financial goals and needs

Attending initial, advice presentation and review meetings with clients

Preparing and presenting holistic financial plans and recommendations to clients

Assisting with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of client portfolios and wealth management strategies

Contributing to the development of financial planning tools, templates, and resources

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, products, and industry trends

Providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field

Completion of, or progress towards, a relevant financial planning qualification

2 years+ of experience in a financial planning or wealth management role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to clients

Passionate, driven individual who loves helping clients achieve their financial goals

A genuine, team player who enjoys collaborating

A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
