About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, values patient-centred care, and thrives in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care including assessments, care planning, wound management, and immunisations.

Support GPs with clinical procedures and chronic disease management.

Coordinate health assessments, care plans, and follow-ups.

Deliver patient education and promote preventative health.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and RACGP standards.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Organised, reliable, and committed to patient care.

Experience in general practice or primary care (desirable but not essential).
