🌴Dispatch Officer- Palm Nursery (Full Time)
📍 Location: Newrybar NSW
⌚Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:15am- 4;00pm
Are you passionate about plants and logistics? Join our thriving palm nursery nestled in the Byron bay hinterland, where nature meets precision. We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Officer to manage the final leg of our plant journey- from nursery to customer.
🌱Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
prepare and label plants for shipment with care and consistancy
liaise with transport providers and internal teams to optimize delivery schedules
maintain dispatch records and inventory systems
inspect out going stock for quality and compliance with customer orders
Assist with general nursery tasks as needed
🤝What You Will Bring
Experience in dispatch, logistics, or nursery operations
Strong organisational skill and a keen eye for detail
Physical fitness and ability to lift and move plants and materials
Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
positive attitude and a team- focused mindset
