Experienced Chef Required

Experienced Chef required for Wispat Pty Ltd trading as Zia Pina The Rocks located in 93 George St, The Rocks NSW 2000. Working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week. A passion for cooking and respect for work ethics are essential to this fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

➢ Responsibility for all operational aspects of the kitchen.
➢ Preparing and cooking food
➢ Planning menu items
➢ Training and developing kitchen staff
➢ Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment
➢ Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques
➢ Discussing food preparation issues with senior management
➢ Maintaining quality, preparation and presentation of dishes quality
➢ Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace

Qualifications and Experience

- Must have AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management
- Must have experience worked as Chef for more than 1 year.
