We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing team based in Crestmead. This is an ongoing role offering stability, opportunities to grow, and the chance to work alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive environment.

What you'll be doing:

Assisting tradespeople in a busy workshop environment

Using a variety of hand and power tools

Supporting welding tasks (welding knowledge/experience is essential)

Following safe work practices at all times

Contributing to a positive and dependable team environment

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a workshop or trade-related environment

Welding knowledge or experience (mandatory)

Current Forklift Licence (essential)

Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Safety-conscious with good communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
