Line Performance Fitter

Location: Berkeley Vale, NSW

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to coast. It’s for someone who wants to lead. You’ll be the heartbeat of our production lines, setting up, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and mentoring others to deliver excellence every shift.

We have 2 roles available, 1 on dayshift and 1 on Afternoon shift, that run over 24 hours per day (please specify which shift you are most interested in on your application):

1 x Day Shift

1 x Afternoon Shift - shift loading as per award - 15%

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Setting up and trouble-shooting filling line equipment to meet production targets.

Executing fast, efficient changeovers with minimal ramp-up time.

Troubleshooting breakdowns and escalating issues via MEX.

Performing autonomous maintenance and mechanical repairs.

Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste.

Supporting and developing Level 1 and 2 team members.

Maintaining GMP compliance and quality documentation.

Leading by example in safety, teamwork, and accountability
