About the Role

• Monitoring equipment and automation systems to ensure optimal performance
• Making adjustments to improve efficiency and reliability
• Attending promptly to any breakdowns or maintenance issues to keep production schedules on track
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in line with food safety and quality standards

About You

• Mechanical Fitter trade qualification (essential)
• Previous experience in automation systems (required)
• Hatchery or poultry industry experience (highly desirable)
• Knowledge of food safety standards (preferred)
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety
