Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our consulting team, working on a portfolio of data management and controls programs within the financial services sector. This role is focused on delivering projects that strengthen data security controls and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving technology outcomes across multiple domains, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. You will work closely with Tech Services teams while delivering into the Business Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of technology workstreams across multiple data and applications domains.

Plan and manage demand into Tech Services, ensuring effective prioritisation and resource allocation.

Coordinate engagement across Tech Services teams to drive timely delivery of solutions.

Oversee the design and implementation of data security controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Partner with the Business Project Manager to ensure technology deliverables align with business goals.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Skills & Experience

Strong project management experience within technology-focused projects.

Background in technology delivery, with knowledge of applications and data stores.

Experience with or understanding of data security controls (desirable).

Familiarity with working in financial services environments, ideally across regulatory or data management programs.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi-domain initiatives with competing priorities.
