Position: Team Leader and Team Member positions available – Grounds Maintenance (Government contracts, Developers, Councils, large business)
Pay: Negotiable based on experience and performance

South East Agriculture and Landscape Services is seeking both Grounds Maintenance Supervisor and Team Members to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on government contracts, developers, and councils, offering a position to lead a growing team of employees on grounds maintenance contracts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team on large-scale grounds maintenance contracts and projects

Oversee day-to-day operations and perform grounds maintenance tasks such as tractor slashing operations, zero turn mower, brush cutting and herbicide applications

Manage equipment, including tractors, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance

Meet strict OHS and record keeping requirements

Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines

Solve problems on-site efficiently to maintain smooth operations

Maintain a safe and productive work environment

Skills & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will have the following skills:

Must have current valid driver’s license.

Must have experience with ride on mowers, tractors &/or machinery

Friendly can-do attitude.

Self-Motivated, organized, physically fit & ability to work autonomously.

High attention to detail with strong knowledge of OH & S requirements.
