Exclusively representing our client, we’re on the lookout for an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer who wants more than cookie-cutter projects and big-corp bureaucracy. Someone who’s hands-on with HVAC, hydraulic systems, heat load calculations, and Revit—but who also wants the chance to grow into project management or broaden their scope within the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver technically challenging mechanical designs (and optionally hydraulic) using Revit (ideally, concurrently as you design)
• Collaborate directly with architects, clients, and builders on diverse and unique projects
• Optionally step into a hybrid technical/PM role – managing client-side delivery, contractor coordination, and stakeholder communications
• Grow alongside a supportive engineering lead who’ll mentor but also give you space to own your work

You Bring:

• Around 2 -4 + years of mechanical (building services) engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Revit (bonus if you design and model concurrently)
• Confidence to run heat load calculations, develop specifications, and review on-site installations
• A desire to contribute to an entrepreneurial, small-team environment
• Bonus points: Hydraulic design knowledge or willingness to learn
