Senior Financial Accountant / Rockingham / Permanent / $140,000 - $150,000 / Bonuses / Flexible Working

A leading national manufacturing business are looking to recruit a skilled Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. Strong growth over the past few years, which has led to the role being recruited. The role will provide broad exposure across the group and will play a key role in supporting the business through its next phase of growth. Senior Financial Accountant's key duties will include:

• Lead and execute month end and year end closing processes including accruals to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting that will aid in key decision making
• Coordination and support of quarterly and annual audits
• Preparation of BAS & PAYG
• Analysis of payroll expenses, reconciliations and journals
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Driving process improvements and supporting systems initiatives
• Business partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Supervising and coaching junior team members

Key skills required:

• Experience of being in a similar role
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent & confident communication skills
• Proven at improving processes
• Confident with systems including excel
