About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Barista to join our team at supersweet cafe in Braddon, ACT. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional coffee and customer service experiences to our loyal patrons. What you'll be doing

Preparing a range of espresso-based drinks, hot and cold beverages to our customers' high standards

Providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service

Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organised work environment

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Contributing to an enjoyable and positive team environment

What we're looking for

Relevant Barista/Hospitality qualification or demonstrated experience in a similar role

Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

A genuine enthusiasm for the Hospitality industry and a love of coffee
